Highlights from my professional career include the following:

  • Winning the 2020 MT Ambassador of the Year award presented by Governor Bullock and the 2019 National Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Women’s Business Center of the Year award.

  • Building programs and strong relationships with federal and state partners including the Small Business Administration (SBA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Agriculture, US Economic Development Association (EDA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and many more.

  • Fundraising for and launching the only grant for women in the state of Montana – with a portion of the funds earmarked for rural community business owners.

  • Working with multiple boards to shape the long-term vision, strategic plan, and ways to exceed financial and community objectives.

  • Owning and operating a construction business with more than $500,000 in annual sales.

  • Successfully assisting hundreds of business owners with lending preparation, cash flow, and financing.

  • Launching and fundraising for a state-wide mentoring program connecting rural business owners and professionals to mentors throughout the state.
